TENANT FINDER SERVICE - We will find a suitable tenant and undertake to reference them, providing you with the documentation.

We collect all rents via our clients account.

All tenant deposits are held by and registered with The Deposit Protection Service

In accordance with current legislation, Apian Estate Agents hold client Money Protection Insurance.
